Copper & Kings Dry Gin Moons of Jupiter
No neutral Spirits, justi grape Wine and unique flavors.
Up in the northern part of Louisville, KY, right next to the Ohio River and a shout away from Indiana, there's a picturesque neighborhood called Butchertown. It used to be home to butchers, brawlers and brewers, today it houses artists, artisans and distillers. One of them is a bold distillery of Copper & Kings American Brandy Company. They produce American Brandy, Absinthe and Gin.
Copper & Kings Dry Gin Moons of Jupiter is not your ordinary, next-door Gin. It’s hand-crafted from 100% grape Wine and honey in American copper pot stills. This means there are no neutral Spirits involved in the double distillation, making this craft dry Gin pretty darn unique. It’s pretty special when you taste it, too, releasing assertive juniper, forest pine, subtle woody spice, sweet orange, lime, and grapefruit on the bold palate. It's been described as an "IPA" compared to standard Gin being a "lager" in terms of juniper assertiveness.
