Where does Flaviar ship to?
We currently ship to most states in the US, as well as the European Union and the UK. Due to local regulations, some specific regions may have restrictions on alcohol delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
What is the return policy for spirits?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on alcohol. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Does someone need to be home to sign for the delivery?
Yes, by law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US, 18+ in the UK/EU) and a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I cancel my membership or subscription?
You can manage or cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
