But Danielle's magic didn't stop there; she used her sorcery to cast a spell and create a legendary lineup of London Dry Gins. With love for all things botanical, she brewed up a bevy of nature-inspired Spirits, each named after a different elemental force. Joining Astraeas' line of powerful elemental forces is their Mist London Dry Gin. Mist is often shrouded in mist-ery and is a source of fairytale inspiration for many folk tales. We love the dance of tiny water droplets in the air near rivers, lakes or damp meadows. So does Danielle, and when she created Astraea Mist London Dry Gin, she had that portion of serenity and mystery in mind. That's why she created a Gin that is slightly salty on the nose, has notes of sweet orange throughout the palate and an overall velvety mouthfeel. Coming to you at 45% ABV, this crisp Spirit is superbly balanced and is excellent in a GnT with a touch of rosemary and a half-moon slice of grapefruit.
