Cirial Cruz de Fuego Mezcal

Produced in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, by a mother-son duo Margarita Blas and Carlos Mendez, this unique bottle is an expression of old agave varieties.

The wild agave karwinskii, also known as Cirial, was aged between 18-22 years before it was harvested for Cruz de Fuego Cirial. Crafted traditionally with an underground stone horno, tahona, and distilled twice in copper stills, this one takes you on a journey from bold fruit to dry heat and a deeply earthy finish. A fascinating expression of Mezcal, really, that’ll delight any real Mezcal fan looking for something different.
