Inspired by brandy's rich history, they aimed to create the ultimate American-made, unoaked brandy. Their flavor experimentation led to an award-winning libation, perfect for mixing or sipping solo. 

Calisco Spirit of California is a craft cocktail brandy made from wines sourced from California's top viticultural regions. Using centuries-old blending techniques at their Ukiah, CA facility, this brandy is rested in steel tanks for a minimum of two years. The aging process preserves the original characteristics of the grape varietals, resulting in a refined, complex product with excellent mixability and a smooth profile. With flavor notes of vanilla, apple, and honey, this unoaked brandy is a California dream.
