Azul Imperial Blanco Tequila is crafted from estate-grown agave, highlighting the terroir's purity. Each single-field batch is steamed in an autoclave, crushed with a roller mill, and undergoes a three-day fermentation. It is double distilled in small copper pots, delivering a crisp, clean profile with notes of fresh agave, citrus zest, and a hint of pepper, embodying the essence of craftsmanship.
