In 1873, Don Cenobio Sauza founded La Perseverancia distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. He was the first person who was like, this magical liquid needs to be tasted elsewhere and he exported Tequila outside of Mexico. Cheers to his sharing-is-caring vibes, right! In 1903, the second generation a.k.a. Don Eladio Sauza continued to nourish that Spirit as he took over the family business and championed the roots of authentic Tequila in American export markets. In 1946, the third generation arrived on the throne. Don Francisco Javier Sauza created a small batch Tequila to celebrate 100 years of the family’s Tequila-making magic and the result was Tres Generaciones Tequila that exists still today.

It’s crafted with traditional methods with tahona-crushed agave that’s harvested after 6-8 years from Sauza's very own plantations.
