At Flaviar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your discovery of fine spirits. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened bottles and merchandise in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Flaviar account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened spirits or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
