Vera Spirits is a, wait for it, a non-alcoholic distillery in Slovenia. Founded by 3 Slovenian chefs and restaurateurs from Ljubljana, this endeavor was inspired by the life of the aunt of one of the founders – Vera. Vera was born in a port city in the North Adriatic to a family of successful distillers. The dream, right? She spent her youth meeting all sorts of fascinating people and traveling the Mediterranean. Ah, sign us up! Anyway, obviously, Vera was feeling at home in the world of refined tastes, but she was also into psychology, fascinated by how every personality was a unique combo of different components. Kind of like Spirits.

Vera Spirits pick up where aunt Vera left off and explores local seasonal botanicals, various distillation methods, and spring water from the Alps to create unique blends. But why non-alcoholic, we hear someone insisting. (It’s us, we’re someone.) Vera would say that’s because your spirit is purest when you’re sober. The Spirits still contain all the things that make you go "Wow, I better slow down with this one", only now, there’s no reason you should.

Vera Aperitivo Classico brings you traditional Italian Aperitivo hour with its signature bitterness and lingering sweetness but without the alcohol content.
