The Orkney Scotch sorcerers have gained a cult following with their Viking-inspired Whiskies that champion complexity and balance of flavors.

The Perfect Fifth Highland Park 31 is a lavish Sherried offering that bets on a perfectly measured hint of peat. Over three decades of maturing gave it a salty character with rich notes of oak and honeyed sweetness. The Tasting Panel Magazine gave it a perfect 100, while Jim Murray awarded it with a Liquid Gold award and 96.5 points. To quote the Whisky Bible 2020: "Pretty near perfect HP for its age, and one of the best examples of the distillery of that era." Maybe we’ll just keep this gorgeous dram?
