The Legendary Midnight Silkie Irish Whiskey is the boldest chapter in the Silkie collection. At its heart, a 35% triple-distilled peated malt harmonizes with four other single malts, aged in sherry, bourbon, oloroso, red wine, virgin oak, and imperial stout casks. Non-chill filtered and at 46% ABV, it delivers a rich, smoky complexity with notes of dark fruit, spice, and toasted oak—a true masterpiece to savor over the midnight watch.
