They also know that all four seasons generate changes and affect the Whiskey in the barrel. Well, the oldest Whiskey in this rare blend spent more than 72 seasons in the finest wood. Bottled at 105 proof, Proof and Wood's Seasons 2021 started with amazing savory deep flavors and spicy cinnamon and cigar notes that were blended with some younger and sweeter Whiskies to bring you something that is better than just the sum of its parts, says Dave Schmier. And we agree. Only around 1,000 bottles were released.
