Based on the island of Mauritius, Pink Pigeon is a Rum brand called after a rare bird of the same name. The Medine Distillery is the oldest on the island, having been producing Rum since 1926. The molasses used by Pink Pigeon comes from sugar cane grown and harvested on site. 
 
Pink Pigeon Rum is an infusion of three different botanicals, vanilla, orange peel and aromatic orchid petals. This gives the characteristically sweet liquid a floral and tangy appeal that works well with the syrupy delights of the thick molasses.
