The 2020 release of Parker's Heritage Collection is one smooth, deep, rich, and opulent gem of a dram. The lads and lassies at Heaven Hill took their traditional mash bill (78% corn, 12% malted barley, 10% rye), but instead of maturing the Whiskey in Char 3 casks, they did it in Level 5 heavy char barrels.
