The 2017 Birthday Bourbon offers a truly unique profile from carefully chosen barrels. A blend of 93 spice-forward barrels matured on the 4th floor of G warehouse and 27 sweet, rounded barrels from the 5th floor of K warehouse, it demonstrates the sun’s impact on external-wall aging. Expect flavors of bold spice, balanced sweetness, and rich bourbon finesse.
