Niagara Falls Craft Distillers are one of those distilleries that swear by everything local. At their state-of-the-art distillery where they have a 1,000-litre copper kettle with stainless steel fermenters, they use quality ingredients and local talent to produce fine Spirits with a lil’ help of the natural wonder called Niagara Falls. Each hand-made bottle is made with incredible attention from grain to glass.

Niagara Falls Craft Distillers Maple Whisky is five times distilled from 100% rye for extra smoothness. It’s first matured for four years and then finished for additional 3 months in Virgin American Oak barrels. This adds more color to the Whisky while the locally sourced maple syrup brings that special twist. The mash bill is a unique blend of 8 grains. Plus, it contains mist that’s captured from the one-and-only roaring horseshoe falls and then filtered through limestone. This is a distinctly Canadian and smooth Whisky.
