Kentucky Owl Maighstir Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Kentucky Owl's Maighstir Bourbon - It’s a Hoot!

In the heart of Kentucky, Charles Dedman dreamed up a Whiskey to make an owl hoot! In 1879, Kentucky Owl® took flight until Prohibition in 1916. But like a phoenix (or a stubborn owl), it was reborn a century later when C.M. Dedman's great-great-grandson revived the legacy. Six years of careful blending later, the first new Kentucky Owl® Whiskey was set for takeoff.

Kentucky Owl Maighstir Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey: a spirited collaboration between Kentucky Owl® Master Blender, John Rhea, and Scotch Whisky Master Blender, Maureen Robinson. "Maighstir" (pronounced May-stir) means "Master" in Gaelic, but in Burbon-speak, it's all the about "flavor explosion" of toasted oak, caramel, and a hint of spice. In any case, Bourbon this good doesn’t give two hoots about conventions.
