Originally crafted by the Hamer Family and sold widely across the United States in the 19th century, this whiskey tradition has been revived by West Fork Whiskey Co. with a dedication to quality. The mash bill, comprised of 99% corn and 1% malted barley, echoes the original recipe, while a meticulous double-oak aging process—4+ years in a #4 charred American oak barrel followed by an additional 1-2 years in a second freshly charred barrel—brings an elevated richness and complexity.

The result is a bourbon with deep, satisfying layers of oak, dark chocolate, and cherry.
