Hotel Starlino Arancione Orange
An orange Aperitivo from the Piedmonte region in Italy.
It was the beginning of 1990s and Carlo Vergnano was working for Seagram Italia. Eventually, he bought a production plant from Seagram to lay the grounds for Torino Distillati. He wanted it to be a family-owned Spirits business and it still is: today, it’s run by Carlo who preserves the rich traditions of the Piedmonte region together with his wife Piera and daughter Rita. The Hotel Starlino range includes the Rosso Vermouth plus the Rosé and Arancione Aperitivos. The original recipe was crafted by Denis Muni and Beppe Ronco after they had been working with Vermouth and Aperitivo for two decades at Torino Distillati.
Hotel Starlino Arancione Orange is an Aperitivo that’s made with a special blend of Italian orange peel, Italian Wine, wormwood, elderflower, cloves, pink grapefruit peel, coriander, thyme, angelica, lemon peel, and other botanicals. Savor it on a warm summer evening with ice and a slice of orange or mix it with Prosecco or with tonic.
