Stephen had amassed a world-class collection of antique books on Spirits and the art of distilling and they shared a dream to bring this knowledge to life — creating premium, hand-crafted Spirits. Golden Moon Principium Colorado Single Malt Whiskey just took home the Gold Medal in 2019 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It’s a traditional Scottish-style dram made with a Colorado flare meaning locally grown two-row brewer’s barley and natural yeasts. This Colorado Single Malt is then aged a minimum of six months in extra small new oak before being bottled at a perfect 46% ABV.
