A woody journey that delivers complexity and depth of flavors.

Glendalough was founded by "five friends from Wicklow and Dublin." They began their journey creating Poitín — a traditional Irish distillate made in very small pot stills (sort of like small batch Irish Moonshine). From there it was a short and easy step into four Irish Whiskeys and a variety of ten, unique, Herbal-infused Gins as well. Everything is made by hand with a good measure of love.

Glendalough Calvados XO Cask Finish was aged in first-fill Bourbon barrels before they moved it to a French oak Calvados XO cask. That cask was home to an apple Brandy for 6 years before it was ready to host this juicy Glendalough. In the end, it all resulted in a sweet and smooth palate with plenty of notes of vanilla, orchard fruits, honey, and a touch of woody spice. It’s deep and complex and we bet you won’t want to stop sipping on it whether you savor it neat, on the rocks, or make a delicious cocktail.
