Once a lifeline for indigenous people and a moonshine staple during Prohibition, sotol now shines as a modern artisanal spirit. The founders combine tradition with sustainability, crafting wild-harvested sotol into distinct, award-winning expressions that pay homage to the region's rich history.

This Oak-Aged Texas Sotol spends two years in virgin American white oak barrels, developing a sophisticated character that's both bold and refined. With aromas of vanilla, cedar, and caramel, a sip unveils layers of dried cherries, oak, and vanilla custard, all rounded out by a silky finish with a whisper of eucalyptus.
