Founded by Paul Cirka in 2014, this distillery strives to make the finest Whisky in Canada. In the meantime, they also produce other fine white Spirits. Quebec's first grain to bottle distillery and one of the first in Canada, they’ve won several international awards and they’re known for producing some of the finest craft Spirits, especially Whisky.

Cirka Gin Sauvage paints a picture of the wild aromatic treasures from Quebec's forests. It’s distilled with 33 botanicals that come together into a perfectly balanced and complex contemporary dry Gin. The long list of botanicals includes juniper berry, coriander, pine needle, elderflower, cardamom, chamomile flower, bergamot, lavender, cranberry. Make sure you let this unique Gin open up when you pour it so all the complex nuances have space to develop.
