The Rye Whiskey (95% rye, 5% malted barley) came from MGP to Tennessee, where it matured for an extra decade in Cascade Hollow's one-story rickhouse. That and the specific climate turned the juice into a gloriously mellow and aromatic gem. Think peach, cherry, caramel, vanilla, and leather. *chef's kiss*
