They also call this special series ‘The Impossible Equation,’ as it defies the laws of flavor with that elegant hard-core peat in a way. It’s made from a 2015 harvest of 100% Scottish Concerto barley aged for 5 years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. It also has a nice ‘little’ kick to it with 58.3% ABV.

Either way you flip this equation, the result remains a super-Scotch. A serious enthusiast needs one on the roster.
